When you request an inspection or estimate, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, project type, timeline, preferred contact method, SMS consent selections, and any notes you choose to submit.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, schedule inspections, prepare for appointments, communicate about projects, provide service updates, and improve our service experience.

Text message communications

NextGen Exteriors sends SMS text messages only when you actively opt in. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include appointment scheduling, inspection or project updates, service reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

If you do not select an SMS consent checkbox, submitting a phone number does not authorize NextGen Exteriors to send you text messages. You may still receive a phone call or email in response to your request.

How information is shared

We do not sell homeowner information. Information may be shared with team members, service providers, software providers, or installation partners only when needed to respond to a request, prepare a proposal, schedule work, or complete a project.

Mobile information and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing.

Website tools

This website may use hosting, analytics, form, customer relationship management, communications, or security tools. Those providers may process technical information such as browser, device, pages visited, form-submission metadata, and communication preferences on our behalf.

Your choices

You may opt out of promotional or informational text messages by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. You may also contact us to update or correct the information associated with your request.
